Jaguar CDI????

i have the jaguar CDI on my 66cc, high compression head, expansion chamber pipe, reed valve and dullar carb. Is this pre-set for higher RPMs? It said on paper about dip switches but do not see anything and dint want to try and open unless I'm supposed to.
