Well, then more it is. I have 2 bikes that I have built up. a 49cc Schwinn and a Huffy with a 66cc motor. Both turned out great except for the CDIs. I have been thru 3 now and am looking for some quality CDIs. Any ideas?

Hey. thanks. I am no expert when it comes to the motors. I began working in bike shops when I was 16 so I am a Bike expert, but this is all new to me. I am having fun!!!!!

I'm afraid I can't offer any help with the CDIs.

I wonder why they're going bad on you so fast. Are they getting wet? If not, then perhaps you've just been unlucky and things will level out soon. We can hope.
