i think my helmet was 7 bucks at good will. .. btw all my face sheilds are trash damn bugs runied them well maybe me trying to clean the bugs off ruined the face sheild this summer there was days i was covered in bugs. there some flying bugs who are all over flying on the bridge i cross for real you get covered in them lol hope the winter kills them

You should get a helmet that you can put the removable cover strips on

How to not scratch a face shield with bugs. Wet a towel, lay it on the shield for a minute or 2. Bugs fall off.

IF your face shields are kinda expensive you should invest in some plastic polish that takes fine scratches off

And NEVER use tissue or paper towel to clean with either...They will leave scratches in the face shield...Always use microfiber cloth.

Don't use the squeeze/sponge on a stick at a gas station, that'll scratch the crap outta your face shield or windscreen

Yep, I did that once and spent all afternoon polishing my windscreen to get the fine scratches out

Or a 100% cotton cloth. The trick is to remove all the hard scratchy stuff gently, such as bug shells.

still think my head can protect a helmet is hard and empty lol . i am joking but i hate bad driver and helmets. guess its do to my glasses and in summer its so hot here and humid
