Key to fit Whizzer ignition switch

I have no key for my 2002 Whizzer Pacemaker II. Today I took my ignition switch to a locksmith and he was unable to identify the proper blank to make a key and said it was unusual. Other than a three digit number, there is no other useful markings on the switch. Knowing it came from a Whizzer did not help. Who makes this switch? Is it a Honda, Yamaha or other make? What does the locksmith need to know? Can someone help me on this?

    Thanks,
    Dixon

Dixon look at your VIN plate on the steering tube. You'll see the MFD BY, this might help.

I have no VIN plate on my bike. Nothing is riveted to the center steering tube. But your picture may help, as I see the name "Polar Motor Co." Thanks.

Thanks for the reply Bill. I will probably call you in the next couple days. I'm still hoping to learn the maker of the ignition switch and get someone to make two keys. Today the locksmith did not find the "Polor Motor Co." info to be helpful. It's hard to believe I'm the first guy to have this problem, but if I get an answer I will post it.

Thanks to Bill Green I'll have a another ignition switch with a key. Apparently, no problem getting other keys made from the one. Debbie, at Whizzer USA, wrote saying: "Unfortunately, neither our manufacturer or ourselves have the key codes for specific bikes." (Whizzer USA does have switch and keys for $34.25). This may not be the end of it because I don't give up easy. I have another idea to try finding a key for the original switch.

Okay Ray. I'll do it as some as I figure out how. I think I just downsized the picture but still need to figure out how to post it. Will continue another time.
