I have a very negative experience with King's that I'd like to share so others don't get taken like I did.
Last night I ordered a 4l tank for $54 from Kings. Everything was great until I checked my account to see a debit and a refund from King's. I tracked my order and it was "refunded" status. So great they don't have the tank in stock and didn't even message me to let me know I wouldn't be receiving the tank. Very poor customer service, but like my buddy said, at least you got your money back.
That is until this morning when I went to withdraw funds from my bank and I am over-drawn. The culprit was King's, they sent another charge through. So I verify my order was cancelled and contacted King's. They refused to help me.
In the end I had to go through 3 levels of customer service rep's with Chase to get this resolved, lucky I have internet fraud coverage & received a full credit.
I will not use King's ever again & encourage you to use caution when dealing with them.
