locking gas caps?

Anyone know if there are any available/compatable?
I'm more concerned w/ something being put in it vs. fuel removed.
The mentality level of some of the stereotypical ghetto dwellers in the center of the city here...:-/

if i recall correctly, there are some locking gas caps listed on ebay for the original kit tanks. under "motorized bikes" --> "locking + gas caps"
