    Yes the famed billet head.

I have a M.M. Billet Head that i am not using.
    I perfer the moped heads.

If you have a used engine you would like to trade you got a deal.

    Stripped studs ok.
    Not running ok.

I only ask that the cases aren't broken. No holes or cracks in the cases.

I will pay the shipping on the engine.

    Thanks
    Rich

dont send any money to rich... unless you dont want it back.

  5. Hey guys,

That was one of the first ones I made...It was given to Rich for testing...I never intended, nor would I endorse it being passed around.

If your engine is not set-up for it...you WILL burn a hole in your piston.

The combstion chamber is too small. You really don't want it; unless you plan on running high octane fuel, VP110 or equivalent.

After testing, I modified the chamber for a lower compression ratio.

These are the heads that have been for sale. Pirate Cycles has sold 50 of them with no problems and good reviews.

He will have more stock soon!

    Jim,
Thanks for the headsup and that explains the comment about the head overheating...too much compression = power= heat. Glad to hear you got it figured out.

Can you tell us how your head compares compression wise to the HT high compression slant head? Does yours have more compression?

what vtec said. hes back in school and hasnt been to HIS OWN **** SITE in a month or two. I am tired of him, I tried to be nice. I asked for some parts and gave him my address and all that and he said he would ship it 2 me. That was 2 months ago he hasnt been on since. Now i have to find someone to get the parts from. or thatsdax i guess. But all his threads are void because he doesnt seem to care anymore, he is living his life and going to school, good for him, but he sure did leave a path in this site. All repsect to him, i guess......

    Thanks,
    Vistaman73

You're right bill, I'm sorry. I really thought he was a good person but obviously he has proven me otherwise. I am through with covering for him and I'm sorry for any harm I have caused.... please forgive me?

you have no worries from me :)
I am much more forgiving now than in my younger days :)
getting mad about little things just tires me out for no benefit LOL

  11. The chamber volume on the final design is only slightly smaller than the stock, kit, head.

The performance benefit comes from correct squish geometry and a true radius hemispherical chamber.
