Had to work up the intake a bit and exhaust to fit, but performance is better than stock

  2. very nice, but you will need need asbestos underpants with the expansion chamber so close to your PPs.

I think I will be ok, but my wife called it a "_all Burner"
If I find that it gets to hot on the tender bits or legs, I will use header wrap. So the pipe will have asbestos underwear

good luck on the header wrap. The good wrap(the kind that actually works) is like $50.00 a roll...almost what the pipe itself cost.

You know, I use that exact same model as my pedal bike.

I also have a Trek model 820. Maybe that's not the Rolls-Royce of bicycles, but it ain't bad and would certainly seem to be a better bike than the Roadmaster. Yet I definitely like the Roadmaster more than the Trek. Everything works fine, it's easier to maintain and it's more comfortable.

It really is a much better bike than one would think. I'll bet you'll enjoy it.

You are right, but I already have some left over wrap from a racer car project. So, no cost

I caught the bike on sale for less $80.
So it was a great deal. It was cheaper than many of the used bikes I was trying to get

Love the intake manifold but the pipe could jeopardize fertility.

Ya I can understand that concern LOL, but the photos make the pipe look closer than it actual is. The pipe is under the seat for the most part. Unless you purposefully ride naked and sit on the pipe it is almost impossible to get hurt on it.
