Manufacturing your own frame - the easy way

    Thing is i need a frame jig to build a replica GT LTS

    That gives me the idea I need to know how to keep the rear end "true" with the rest of the frame after I cut it off to turn the bike into a full suspension bike. I don't know when I might attempt it but at least now I know how to.

    that is cool!

    i made a couple of chopper style frames while i was in school without a jig and lining everything up was a pain, this would make things much easier!

    A certain vendor that has got wind of this system and they are going to do something very, very special, with added modifications to make the ultimate motorized bicycle frame.

    Unfortunately i have to keep my mouth shut about the design until it's ready for public release.
