    Welcome to the forum.

Measure the width between the inner side plates on a link where the side plates are closest together. Here's the most common chain sizes and application:

    3/32" , Multi-speed (5-8 external gears) bicycle pedal chain
1/8" , aka #410 aka BMX, single-speed, internally geared pedal chains, SBP shift kits
3/16" , aka #415, HD tricycles, commonly supplied with 2-stroke bicycle engine kits
1/4" , aka #41, often used as a replacement chain for 2-stroke engine kits

If you have a single-speed bike and a 2-stroke "chinagirl" engine, chances are you need a 410 and 415 master links. Check your local bike shop. also sells them.
