Probably not, you might be able to get a small engine mechanic to work on them

I think the "Happy Time" is a hobby that is all about learning to understand it and do the work on it yourself. It's why I chose this engine, and why it isn't ready to run yet. 
The other engines you can take to a lawnmower guy. But where's the fun in that? Oh yeah, riding, lol!

I know the local vintage motorcycle shop will work on the engines but they don't keep bicycle parts in stock.
they'll do things that don't involve replacement like truing rims and adjusting cables though
