Engine Trouble Motor seized, can i unseize?

Hi. its been very hot weather here in australia, unfortunately my piston has seized to the sides of the head. I took off the top of the head the cylinder casing didnt look to damaged but the piston had seized to the sides of it. its all cracked and split. Is there anyway of getting it out? Thanks!

unless you're ready to split the bottom end to look for chunks down there, it's best to get a new one and use clutch & mag & stuff like that for spares

for unsticking, I like to use a lot of penetrating oil overnight and remove head studs so barrel can be rotated a bit
