I bought a new Whizzer NE-5 in 2007. I haven't started the engine in over 2 years, and now it won't start. The spark plug is sparking fine and it does fire at first, but then it seems to flood. (When I take the plug out it is very wet.) I've tried starting it without the choke and giving it no gas. Still floods. There are no adjustment screws on the carberator except for idle speed. When I use ether, it fires a few times, still won't start. I put new gas in it, still won't start. Any ideas? Thanks in advance.
