Muffler, nt carb.

I decided to take the cap off the stock muffler just to see, huge power difference! Can take off slow up big Hill! Also went to the last lean notch on needle which helped a lot( nt carb). Obviously can't leave the cap off, so I might drill a couple holes or look into expansion chamber which I have no experience with.

Buy the thrust muffler from gas bike.net. I put that and the HP carb on and could not believe the difference.

I'll look into that, I can't stand the tension pully provided in kit all ready have Springer chain tensioner ordered, lol.

Made my own. Original bracket and roller. Did some drilling on an extra part of a TV wall bracket mount. Put the roller on one end got 2 springs and a lock nut. Drilled 2 small holes in the kick stand bracket put the lock nut on so the bracket rocks then added the springs. Works great. Total cost was $5.00 for the the springs.
