I'm getting my EZM Q-Matic on Thursday from Neil in Anaheim. I am getting the first production EZM Q-Matic. I am also nstalling a motorcycle stereo on Thursday.

Throttle Solution?

If its not to much to ask once you get your controls set up, please provide some detailed/close ups of how you set up your throttle. The throttle set up with the GXH50 can be a bit of a problem and every ones solution seems to be a bit different. With the clone motors the setup is very easy, but with the Honda its a bit of a challenge.

What kind of bike are you using to mount the EZM Q-Matic. Is it the same bike that the honda was on??

Also what did you use to replace the throttle cable outer shell??

Throttle and Cables

I got the carb from bicycle-engines.com. It is the carb from the HS. I got tired of trying to figure out a way to set up the Honda carb. I just wanted to ride the **** thing!

The kickstand. I got that off my brother. Can't remember where he got it from. Sorry.

The cable sleave comes off a Flow waterjet. Every time a line busts they send me new sleaves. I keep the new stuff and leave on the old stuff. It's very high quality stuff. I'm working on trying to get a roll of it.

Neil and I just mounted my Q-Matic on the GXH50 motor last night. It runs great. It took some tinkering but I worked it out. Got the bike up to 40mpg today! I look forward to riding tomorrow.

The bike is made by some unknown company and called "Knuckle". They are a beefy USA design and doesn't appear to be common. No information available that I've found. I've only seen 3 of them, and all in Southern California! The frame is somewhat unorthodox in that fenders and aftermarket forks don't fit properly like the traditional Schwinn cantilever design. The upper frame tube is made from two metal shells and welded on the seams. Very thick dropouts, unfortunately horizontal.

Both bikes in the pictures are Knuckles built by Kline's Kustoms. Mine is the factory-painted one with the GT5.
