My New Welding Machine

It's a 1951 Lincoln Fleetwelder AC Arc Welder. It looks rough, but it welds great. I'm going to try & restore it.

Rough isn't the word. Lincolns are hard to beat if you want to stick wield. I have one I bought from sears many years ago (1975) and it works like new...looks like heck tho.

If you got the talent to restore that relic you have got my respect for your skills... and probably are worthy of much more than that!

ha ha , shes bewdiful mate :)

had one of these that seriously fell off the back of a truck!
still worked like a charm :) bit buzzy though...

disposed of and now theres an old "dalek" in the corner...a dc generator lincoln

plan on taking off the ac motor and sticking on a diesel... portable then :D
