Trying to identify this,any advice ? I am a noob here,tried uploading pics,took 20 minutes to find out where,only to be blocked from using a 275 mb that is too large? Never encountered that before.

No Idea. The shaft drive between the motor and drive roller is unique. Looks almost like a scooter drive train bolted onto a bike.
