NE5 or Pacemaker?

Sorry but looking to get as much info as possible before buying.
I ran across an '02 Pacemaker, more $$ than I wanted to spend but haven't seen many. I guess that these have overhead valves and though that I would ask....NE5 or Pacemaker. I have looked at the archives and it looks like it may be the NE5 but wanted to claify.

Hi prairieschooner, can you get more info? like is the wheels 24" or 26", what mods have been done to the pacemaker or the NE. sounds like the pacemaker has a modified cylinder. maybe some pics too?
