need a place to buy and size of nut / washer for gebe 33 cc

i need not only the size and thread pattern of the screw used to hold the gas tank to the engine itself butt i also need to know where to order one .... help please !

i have a tanaka pf3300 from golden eagle bike engines

went to home depot with the assumed size witch is 5/25 and they dont have it..
