Need MAJOR HELP! Rear tire probs

1st off, HELLO MB.com!

Now, im not really a newbie, rather i just made the account.

So, my bike is a Firmstrong Beach cruiser. It has a RAW engine on it and the motor works great. I bought the bike for my last birthday and am SOOO stuck, that i am prepared to trash it. I have put around $500 of my own money into it, so i am asking you if you could help me out.
