Clutch New 48cc, clutch noise and shudder

Thanks all of you for the helpful advice . . . . but I have adjusted the clutch from one extreme to the other, and still it shudders and shakes the whole bike, not just when engaging but during the whole ride, can't seem to make it go away . . . . . HELP !
