I started a thread on Don Grube's new amended 4G gearbox at:

I wanted to know if it will work with a 50T rear. My reckoning is the reduction in the size of the big pulley wheel is exactly what some of us thought it should be but that was with an 11T drive sprocket and the proposed 10T will cancel out some of the benefits. I'm also pretty certain that it needs a much smaller rear sprocket on the rear wheel.
