NEW and got some questions

the picture of the bike with the motor is my first build. i saw one of my neighbors had the 3 speed conversion kit off sick bikes and it opened a whole new world for me. So i have been inspired to build a new bike from scratch, and i like the style of my first frame. i found something i liked which is the second picture i attached. does anyone think this frame will do the job with the conversion kit and a 80cc motor on it?

I'm new, but from what I've been told you need at least elwven inchws in any direction to have enough room for motor.With that extra bar I don't think you are going to make it. I want to build one myself,just gathering information,I need to know do you need a drill press to install rear sprocket?
