Hello everybody coming to you from eastern PA. Recently I purchased a 99 whizzer, price was good, now I know why! Cleaned carb got it running, but had a knocking sound when riding? Ok took off clutch cover and found the belt is all messed up torn,chunks missing, etc. Tried to replace with no luck. Thought I bought right size but was to tight, took it back got next size larger and now its to big! Seen forums telling how to replace belt and move engine. Must this be done? Do I get small belt and loosen or get larger belt and tighten or is there a belt that will fit? Any help appreciated. New at this game
