New Biker Needs Help

HI I live in Illinois and need help building my first ride. My problem is i don't know how to mount my engine since i am doing friction drive. I do know a welder but prefer not to weld but will if i have too. I already put a spindle on the flywheel.

Another problem is that I removed and broke the pull start, but my brother told me if it is mounted tightly pedeling will start it. Please help

Welcome, better to take your questions in the proper forum. You will most likely get faster and more responses. Good luck with your build. Can't help as I have never mounted a rack set up.
