I live in South Bay, near the ocean here and I am looking forward to building motorized bicycles as way to supplement my pension. With traffic as it is here, a rider's biking safety is utmost in importance. beside liking to out where to find wholesale parts connections: I'd also like to understand where to ride, and how to ride, for my safety and fun.

Also, are there any motorized bike groups along the coast from San Pedro to Santa Monica...?
