Recovering welder and a full time inspector. Had a chance to buy a 25 HD JD and passed it up from Guy W's in Odessa many years ago. Saw the Simpson Racer and said I gotta find out about this. I dont know where it will lead but I REALLY want a Simpson. But after reading through all this, yea right, I want to build one. But like a Johnny Cash Cadillac, one piece at a time. I wnt to try out one of those "Happy Time" motors and see how it pulls my 270 up and down the hills of Gaines County. That is between Lubbock and Odessa.

hey, 'kahunna...join the crowd, building your own is the most fun so long as the ability and resources are there :)

speaking of "happy time"s, hills, and 270lbs...here's something you'll find interesting: http://www.motoredbikes.com/viewtopic.php?t=1641
