New guy, fork question.

Greetings, folks. I'm hopefully gonna be starting a build as soon as I find a suitable frame. (I'm mostly a roadbike guy, but I'd like something with an engine in it for mucking about.) I had a couple of parts questions in the meantime. These Whizzer forks will work with a 1 inch headtube, correct?

$150 is a big chunk of change, I used a generic suspension fork on a cruiser for a while and it worked pretty well.
