Well the, chain idler with ball bearing, the screw on it wont tighten and was wondering is there's anyway to get around it without having to order another one. Need the bike up and running asap. After that the bike should be up and running.
    Thanks for the fast reply.
    Cheers, Dylan.

Well I fixed the pulley problem, just put it closer to the sprocket, but now I have another problem. I believe the clutch is not working, I'm guessing that when you pull the clutch its meant to let you peddle without the engine trying to turn over although this isn't happening. Anyone know anything about this?
    Cheers,
    Dylan.
    Question has been answered. Cheers.

    LOL... thats just funny.

For what its worth, When my crappy plastic tensioner wears out I am going to try a urethane skateboard wheel with a ball bearing.

Happy to hear you solved your problems.

Been using a skateboard wheel as tensioner for a couple years. This is a wide flat profile wheel. Works great. Most dependable component on the bike.
