Finding a bike shouldn't be hard. There's a good deal of leeway in engine fit.
You don't want a small bike, things get tight. You want a bike that a normal sized adult can ride.
In my opinion mountain bikes are the most comfortable while cruiser types are (mostly) the best looking. There's exceptions; a few mountain bikes posted here are very good looking.
Small diameter tubing is best.
You'll have fun. Keep us posted.

I'm in the process of buying a bike specifically made for a bike engine. Sort of pricey but currently on sale at usabikemotors.com.
I'm too big of a newbie to be recommend anything. Just pointing the bike out. Looks like an easy first build.
