New guy worried and angry

I ordered a engine from California motor bike and never received it .I t has been 15_days . At 9 days I contacted them through text and they told me I would be getting it in 4-5 days. It s still not here what can I do?

First, if paid with CC you can do a chargeback, if any other way, you may as well try to be nice to them and keep pestering.My other suggestion, do A LOT of research before you make your next purchase, lots of ripoff artists when it comes to cheap bike kits, they're a dime a dozen.
