I have a Skyhawk 66cc with a Sick Bike Parts tuned pipe, the main problem I seem to be having is that after I've been going a while the motor seems to surge and I don't get the top-end that I need while I'm running wide open throttle or close to it, I seem to lose power. On my ride back, coming downhill the engine just quit completely. I pulled over for 20 seconds hopped back on and it took right off again. I have both the tank valve and the carburetor valve open and my choke is off, I'm not sure what's going on, any ideas?

    Thanks Mike

you should check your float level. It sounds like the float bowl may be running out of fuel too soon at w.o.t.
