Hello, My name is Corey and I'm new to motorized biking.* I live in the Long Beach area of Califorina.I have a question for the people who live in Cali.* If you did the Reg 230 form for the DMV, did tou have to send in a Vin inspection form in with it?Thanks,Corey

no, if the bike has a serial # use that . i just made up a ten digit number used schwinn as the make and a four digit engine #
