new whizzer guy info

hi,i just picked up a 1999 whizzer with 120 miles on it,got it for a great price 470.00 and it is like brand new,i read alot about these motors,just what kind of longevity would i expect if the oil was changed every 50 miles or so, i also never go faster than 25 mph. where could i get the ne-5 upgrade and how much do they cost,thanks, Gene
