[Al block]

Hello...
My name is Al and I just joined because I acquired a whizzer motorbike 1948 vintage with the J-kit engine. It is not running and of course my intention is to get it functional. Previous owner said the engine was rebuilt, but not run for ten years. first check reviled no spark. Is there a way to test the magneto short of replaceing it ???? It seem to be getting gas but im sure a carb rebuild is in order too. And a quick look inside the engine will be in order too.

locate that problem
and get up and riding
