Newly Interested In Motorized Bikes

I am just now getting interested in building a motorized bicylce in Florida. State law require fewer than 50cc to avoid motorcycle classification.
I would like to convert an old beach cruiser I have but have no idea what if any kits will fit. How do I determine that?
Also, any advice anyone can offer as to brand and/or style of kit will be GREATLY appreciated.
