Nirve Cannibal 3 speed hub - Shift kit?

Hello everyone!

I'm currently building a Nirve cannibal 3 speed internal hub as my first build.

Clearing the rear 3cm tire is really an issue, and there ain't no adapters for my 3 speed hub around.

I was wondering, is a shift kit a viable option? This way I wouldn't need to mess with the back wheel.

The shift kit is an excellent option for multi-speed bikes. Since you only have three speeds, try to gear it for optimum gearing in third gear(overdrive).

Unsure if the shift kit works with coaster brake, if your hub has that. Ask the staff at SBP.
