Hello everyone!

I'm currently building a Nirve cannibal 3 speed internal hub as my first build.

Clearing the rear 3cm tire is really an issue, and there ain't no adapters for my 3 speed hub around.

I was wondering, is a shift kit a viable option? This way I wouldn't need to mess with the back wheel.

Thanks in advance

I would think that a shift kit would be a good option. Since you only have three gears, be sure that underdrive gear is optimum for your needs. What are your gear ratios now?

Un sure if you have coaster brake, and if the shift kit works with that.

Welcome
That bike was a little out of my price range but I was looking at it when I was putting toghether a plan on something cool. Your on the rite track with a shift kit and that bike.
Do you have some pictures please?

I use a Staton crank drive system on my bike. This allowed me to keep the auto shift feature on my Land Rider bike. I manually shift the front three gears and the rear seven shift automatically.
