    This is a NOS Schwinn stingray with custom [double wall] powdercoated wheels etc, etc... 66cc with 40Tooth rear wheel - 40mph with attached upgrades.

    That thing looks great! I noticed you also have the Maze-style head on the engine, How do you like it? Does it cool well? Of all the designs of heads that is my favorite

    That is my pedalchopper edition head - yes works great - next run we are looking into enhancing cooling a bit.... but best performing head for sure for a 6cc head... [005904].jpg

    Perhaps, Just my observation, if you added a little more metal to the fins or made the base a little taller? That seems like it would help with cooling being that there is more material.....correct me if im wrong

    need it low profile for stingray... but we are going to make top slab part - finnes by cutting a couple 1/2 deep [horizontal] channels should do trick...

    Could you angle the spark plug at all? I mean could you use a different head with the same CC but just an angle fire with bigger fins?

    Don't slant heads give better performance anyways? Something to do with more complete burning of the fuel?
