No Drivers License needed in Panama City, Florida

I have a copy of a paper from the Fourteenth Judicial Circuit of the State Attornery's Office....filing a No Information in a case invovling a Motorized Bicycle rider that was charged with Driving while License Suspended....This order states that since the defendant was using a 49cc engine that no license is required.....signed by as Asst State Attorney...if you want a copy of this order let me know....
