Never could figure out how to mount a decent looking LED tail light on the StingRay. I like the size of the cateye, but N batteries, oh well.

So found a metal strap, drilled some holes and used the dremal. Pop the cap off the cateye mount, take that off. Then I used a plastic push-in insert and drilled a hole for the bolt.

Solid!

OK, I might have rushed into production a little too fast. I have added an extra piece of sheet metal tape, because the thing was bouncing like crazy.
Now it's solid. You can still take the light off and I haven't defaced the bike any.

Looks good, I like clean and simple lines. Not sure what n battries means? Have you made any other custom changes or additions to your OCC?

N Size Batt. , it's like half the size of a AA or something.

I braised the friction tensioner onto the swing arm & braised the mounts on the tank. Also got a cool 32T sprocket from Andyinchville1.

Clean lines OCC

Tank mounts and tensioner coulden't get much cleaner. How do you adj. for chain streach?
Could you post a pic of the whole bike! I also am running a 32T sprocket, from c-engineering. It's not as cool looking as your sprocket but it's operation is flawless. Are you running 50 or 66cc, lighting setup, tuned exhaust?
Do you have other MB builds?
I'm enclosing tow mods that I made that worked out well.

Steering limiter
Comfy seat

N Batt

What is the voltage of the N batt and how many does the rear light use?

N size batt. is 1.5 volt, I like the size of the Cateye rear light. My chain has stopped stretching, but to get fine adjusting I just move my motor mount. I'm running a 66cc. Go on my profile page I have pix of my bikes & search my threads & posts, I talk about all my mods. I'll try to upload more pix, but I'm having a problem with this site, it won't let me.....???
