Package Carrier Mount

I got tired of the flimsy mounts that come with rear mounted package carriers, so I made my own.
I started with a scrap of 1" galvanized water pipe, and a scrap of 1/4" cold rolled steel.
I'm thinking that the vibrations won't kill this one.
