    How do I use these?

On my other 2 Forums (Astronomy & Guns), its easy, once I remembered the steps.

do you use the quick reply box? I f so, you don't get the option to use any of these features.
you need to use Post Reply buttons, either at the top or bottom of each page.
then you can play around with any & all buttons.
you can type your text 1st, then highlight the words you want bold, etc., or do each word or sentence at will.
    I hope this helps.

this tells all about uploading pics.

It's just html coding. Use the square brackets and the command strings.

    * for illustration purposes brackets replace square brackets

{b} text {/b} = bolds the bracketed text
    {u} text {/u} = underlines the text
    {i} text {/i} = italics
    {quote} text {/quote} =
{size=X} text {/size} = resizes text larger or smaller

There are lots more. All are usable in the Quick Reply window.

    HEY MAN of the MOUNTAIN:

After a long drive from the Desert to a coastal town, I'll pick up my bike today about noon.

Then the long trip home, interrupted by a detour to attend my brother-in-law's Craft Show, then that 100-mile trip home, so by the time I unload the WhizMaster, it'll be dark!

Tomorrow morning I'll have a little time to read the Manual, but then I've got to split to attend our dance band's rehearsal, so it won't be until Sunday afternoon that I can spend some time with Oscar.

But then, since my weekends are all 7 days long, maybe I'll even find time to start him up tomorrow or Monday!

    I'm in no hurry!
