plug is burning out

can anyone tell me y my plug is burning black and the top of piston also. after a couple of days is so bad that is cuts of due to lack of spark getting thru. I take it out and clean it, starts right back up right away. am I not using enough oil n my mixture or what? will someone please give me some insight or opinions on my problem?
