Purchased Motor!!!!! Have Questions!!!!!

I have just recently purchased an 80CC two stroke kit online. I don't want to put it on my nice mountain bike so i think i want to buy a beach cruiser i think. I want this to be a comfort bike to ride around downtown. I noticed that a lot of beach cruisers have coasters breaks. Is this a problem? Will it lock the motor up if you hit the break? Should i try to find a bike with hand breaks? Any tips will be helpful!!! On another note does anybody put inline fuel filters?
