Engine Trouble ran for initial run.....then no more

I built a trike with a 66cc engine kit. Put it together and took it our for it's debut run. I mixed my gas at 32:1. It fired right up, did a few adjustments for idle and rode off for about 30 min. Although it ran it clearly lacked power..even during break in. The next morning I went to fire it up and nothing. It does have spark...how can i test the magneto...our actually what should the resistance be between black and blur wires...and should it be tested during the jump start process? Please help..anyone. Ty

if it has spark, you should probably be looking for fuel problems instead of magneto problems

Remove your kill switch or try pushing the kill switch while peddling and clutch engaged - sometimes they stick, causing a no start condition.
