Carby Reed valve compatible Walbro carburettor from Rock Solid Engines

I'm aware having an extended intake is pointless with a reed valve kit as the petal blocks the return wave anyways. My question is in regards to using a Walbro style carb without a reed valve, in which case an intake extension would be of benefit. I'm just curious if anyone has put on a Walbro style carb on an extended intake (without reed valve).
