Hey guys! My bike (66cc Chinese) hasn't been able to fire up for the past few months. I replaced the CDI and the spark plug and still no luck. I'm pretty sure the magneto has died (I rode home in the rain one time) so I'm going to replace it.
Is the magneto hard to replace? And how do I do it?
Looking forward to getting it back up and running, thanks.

if you replaced the cdi, magneto is about the same, just the wires go inside the housing.
there's a little varnish on the mounting surface where the wires that needs to be sanded off.
not sure about air gap,as i havent needed to remove mine.
its behind the cover where the wires go in.
