I Had my bicycle registered june 24 things you must have is a receipt for the bicycle and a receipt for the motor kit plus all the safety equipment

c. what are the particulars on your safety equipment?

You need brake light turn signals headlight Horn license plate bracket license plate bracket light rearview mirror front and rear fenders and three reflectors

Or a simple "checklist" approach?

no she was really quick I showed her the horn turn signals working the brake light working I didn't have all the reflectors but it wasn't a big but that is in palm beach county you don't know who you might get if I were you I would get the reflectors also I had a tiny light wrapped around my license plat bracket make sure you have a light for your license plate bracket also make sure you have a bill of sale or receipt for the bicycle and for the motor kit if you don't have that you cant do anything also I had to wait 3 weeks to get the appointment

Where did you get your rear turn signals and brake light? How did you hook it up to work when applying the cable brakes? Where did you get your front turn signals at? Thanks

Not sure how good of quality it is or how he hooked it up to the brake cable to make the brake light work.
