running with no clutch pads or the spinner covering them

how can i get my bike started without clutch pads and the spinning cover over them?

No you can't and why would you want to do that?

I'm sure I can by turning the gears ir the thing on the other side attatched to it that spins. Is there a start up modification or way to spin the gears with a drill or anything to spin the gear or gears or spinning metal thing on the other side? I just want to get my piston going to run it.

you can spin the nut on the rotor with a big drill & a socket, but if your compression is high, you might strip the threads on the crank

fitting a pull start unit would be safer
